  I purchased this item 2 weeks ago seller told me that cassette tape was stuck inside door when I received this item door was broken also he was very stubborn returning my refund and never contacted me I had to go to eBay for a full refund I would not recommend this seller

  I had in description in bolded/underlined letters "PLEASE NOTE that the radio, CD, and speakers work just fine but the cassette was unable to play as there is a tape stuck inside and will NOT play." Buyer even messaged & was told directly that the tape deck was stuck/does not work. Buyer still purchased after being told directly of the defect, sent pictures of them altering/opening the system, & return stating "not as described" due to tape deck not working. I tried to contact twice, no answer.
