Good source of fiber in economy size.
It was doctor-recommended as a fiber source. I have been taking it for many years and like the taste and think it is a good product. It is usually hard to find in the Super Market or drug store in the large size.

first impression is positive.
I just put it to use days ago and was so glad as the snow is now here. It is protecting the AC unit by all accounts but the warmer weather will tell the real tale. It seems to be of good quality and I am pleased with the product.

haven't read most of the book yet, I just got it last week or so, but it looks to to be very scholarly in its presentation, and I am pleased with it.
