Problems galore: Toshiba DR4 DVD Recorder
8 von 11 finden das hilfreich For a big name brand like Toshiba, this has been the biggest disappointment
of any dvd recorder purchase. I am NOT a novice using dvd recorders. This
unit is needlessly complex and unforgiving. It will NOT read any Maxell or
TDK discs. The open-close tray continually locks up. In order to remove a disc,
you must disconnect the entire unit for 30 minutes. After that you must
re-program the entire recorder just to get your disc tray to open.
You can find Panasonic ES20 dvd recorders on ebay, brand new for around
$100. It is immaculate. It is simple, performs flawlessly and will do every thing
you want it to do perfectly. Pioneer units in this range also perform
flawlessly and are dependable. Bottom line.... save your money, avoid
thgis Toshiba unit like a PLAGUE!!!

Clay is far less effective on cd. He is great on video!
I have always been a Clay fan. He is vulgar, offensive to most;however,
very funny. Cd audio does him no justice. His look, demeanor and interraction
with the audience are key to his effectiveness. Be in no doubt, this is
one very smart and clever individual. A dummy would flop on these routines
in 10 seconds.
