PT Boats of WWII an outstanding read and source material

This book is an excellent reference for anyone wishing to know about one of the least understood branches of the Department of the Navy, a must for all Navy type's. My grand-father served on PT-108 of Squadron "Ron-5" in the Southwest Pacific theater from 1942 through 43 until his severe wounding forced his medical honorable discharge. As with most WWII vets they seldom if ever talk about the job they had to do. This book helps the family's to get a glimpse into what they the very few endured for their country. It also serves as a wonderful source reference for historians and modelers alike.

Great accuracy at a good price

This Sentinel Arms Premium barrel in .223/5.56 Wylde was a real treat to install and shoot. Even though I'd purchased it in a 1-8 twist to fire heavier bullet such as 77 grain Sierra Match-King OTM and Hornady 69 grain A-Max, I did not have any on hand at the time. So I took it out on its maiden range trip with some on hand Lapua .223 Rem. 55 grain FMJ Match rounds. Well color me impressed, the barrel shot true right from the get go with a zero group of 0.767" even though 55 grain bullets are better suited in a slower twist rate barrel, this one fired them with out fail to the same location time after time, great product.
