Good buy
Much smaller than other units I have used, but worked perfectly to provide isolated 5 volts to my PIC controlled 1kw antenna tuner

FINALLY A GOOD RF QUIET POWER SUPPLY!
I do a lot of rebuilding of equipment and a lot of restoring of old military radio equipment .
I use a lot of 25 vdc and large 12volt power supplies to run a lot of the old molitary gear.
When in AM mode from 2-20mhz most switching power supplies totally desense the receivers.
I spend a lot of time modifying them with EMI filters and large FT240-31 toroids on the DC and AC leads in/ out of these noisy switchers .Eventually they can be cleaned up.
I tried this MEGA WATT supply and had my doubts.
But it is PERFECT!
I did not have to add a single EMI filter or toroid choke anywhere.
I dont know how sturdy it is or how long it will last.
But,it is a very well designed power supply with no need for modifying.
Hook up the AC,hook up the 12vdc to your rig, and it is working.
I DID find a few spikes of noise in the 160 meter band which I dont use anyway.
But they were not that string and I'm sure passing 8 turns of the power cord through an FT240-31 toroid would clear that up.
