I had good, bad, very good, and reasonable experience, overall very good!
What a great product! It worked great on my mac. I could not get it to print from my PC but dit get to print from my mac. I still have trouble with the Iomega cloud drive but i always had trouble with the Iomega.(very finicky) Unfortunately my power supply stopped working after a month, but the great thing is, i took it to the Mac Authority in Chattanooga and they sorted me out within an hour. So good product with good backup. The PC drivers is not good, but MAC just realeased new updated software today, so hopefully everything will be business as usual tomorrow.
