Great set - good quality - great variety and excellent price!
I'm kind of a dice fanatic so I love this set. It provides a great color variety of D6 in good quantities. The quality of dice is also very good. I'm a game designer and I use these to create all sorts of fun game systems. And at this price they are a bargain!

Odds are you'll get a loser
8 von 9 finden das hilfreich Can't really complain if you get a box from a loser set. The odds are against getting something that will make the cost worthwhile. I just wish they could post the odds. How many boxes are Revised or earlier? If any? Basically, you are paying twice the price of a standard booster box for almost any set except the earliest releases. So you're only getting a deal if you pull something from Revised or earlier. Everything else you could buy cheaper straight up. In most cases for less than half the price. So, it's a bad bet, but if you want to gamble on getting something of great value, you can take a shot. I just don't see any guarantees that Alpha, Beta, Limited, etc., are even in the mix. So who knows?
