  Item arrived in a plain envelope with no protective padding. Item paired but no sound through left ear piece. I requested a return but instead of receiving a ‘professional’ response from the seller he was quite hostile and made false accusations. I honestly believe that the item was sent in good faith so why the seller became so defensive I don’t understand and there was no need for such vitriol. I rarely have had any issues but when I have the seller has always be courteous and professional.

  Item was in perfect condition fully operational, tested, in now way was it damaged in transit. Low Life watch out got full refund and did revenge. He got money Back and slammed me Do not sell anything to him - BAD NEWS LOUSY excuse for Buyer. Have traded for 30 years and never had such a lousy purchaser
