I would definitely recommend the Garmin forerunner 305.

PRO: From giving distances to speed to heart rates to sunrise and sunset times and much more this product does everything it claims to do. CON: The forerunner 305 is no longer supported by Garmin. So if you have a problem with the watch you're on your own. The battery life is about 8 hours. For tracking cadence you need a separate monitor that syncs with the watch.
