  My item purchased was mistakenly sent to seller's buyer of the pack I got. My item was nice enough that the wrong buyer refused to send it back to the seller. Of course this was a simple error. But complicated by the person who essentially stole my item. Once notified, the seller sent a refund the next morning. I had to return, the misaddressed package & since it had been opened the USPS wouldn't "return to sender" for free, so I had to pay over $9. Not reimbursed to me - not my error.

  Seller shipped a USED liquid lipstick which is against EBay TOS & attempted to disguise it by putting scotch tape around the the lid. When I contacted them they insisted it was new. There is old lipstick around the thread at the top from the doe applicator being fully removed & reinserted from use, so it’s obviously been used. Instead of apologizing they attempted to shift the blame to me & accused me of being “violent” in my response after I expressed they needed to not attempt to resell here.
