An Excellent cell phone

They sent me a used one at first and i complained to them and the sent a NIB one that had not been opened.

Good phone but issues.

The cell phone was supposed to be "factory refurbished" although I doubt it. If so they left a SIM card stuck way up in it and it never would download my contacts properly. Needed an SD card for pictures which ii may or may not have taken. Touchy! Had to lay it on a table to work right! NOT the seller's fault.

It is the shot one, belive 6 inches, instead of the longer one either 8 or 81/2 inches.
