Don't buy the wrong ignition coil?
Have a 6.25 B and S lawn mower. My fault for not doing more home work on buying this ignition coil. Wrong ignition coil. It's all my fault and know one to blame. I put it on my B and S as the directions on with the ignition coil cylinder side up, Set the air gap and did not start up. Checked for fire and had none.. After doing some more research and found out that you have to know a little about polarity. Not going into details about polarity. Anyway, I turned the the ignition coil cylinder side down and set the air gap and my lawn mower fired up and works great. All is well.
