Excellent Resource for Discerning Knitters!
Beautiful photos, interesting to read and well organized. This comprehensive book is exactly what I was looking for in the quest to understanding the distinct properties regarding wool from different sheep breeds.
If you love creating handknit items utilizing wool fibers tailored for the garments requirements of softness, durability and loft, this excellent book is indispensable!

One of the Best References Available
Superbly written, organized and easy-to-read, all with stunning photography. Every page is full of pertinent and helpful information. If the organic gardening section in my library could only have one book this is easily the volume I'd have. Why not instill an early love for growing things in your children and grandchildren by having this wonderful book lying around for them to discover the bright and ultra-interesting photos?
