If you have an issue with an item you receive from me, I will make it right even if it means it costs me money(in most cases). I list everything the way I would want to see it as a buyer. One more thing for my customers is I do not ever make any profit on shipping charges. If you buy an item from me you will only pay actual shipping cost.
