  The item was listed as new, upon talking to the seller the seller states the item is used and not new and has normal wear and tear. The humidor has a split down the entire corner of the box and other defective and broken pieces. The front to the lock is broke off. The seller did not list this a an used item. I have tried to resolve with seller and seller is no longer responding.
