BIGGEST LOSER POWER WALK!
Nobody can beat the queen Leslie Sansone when it comes to indoor walking workouts! However, this DVD from The Biggest Loser is not only a refreshing change of pace! This was from around my favorite season of the show because of the memorable contestants who appear in the video. And of course, let's not forget Bob Harper who is less demanding than in the other BL videos!

WEIGHT WATCHERS 7 DAY TONE & BURN
For a long time Weight Watchers member like myself, this is a great workout! Especially when time does not permit to hit the gym. Lisa Wheeler's cueing are both friendly and motivating!

MY FAVORITE CHRIS FREYTAG DVD!
I recently compared this Personal Training system with Denise Austin's and Prevention with Chris FREYTAG was 10 times better! Plus, the variety of workouts are great for all fitness levels! Chris FREYTAG is awesome and makes it doable in every workout!
