She did her level best to track it down, even contacting the U.S. Postal distribution center in Atlanta. She kept me informed at every step. Ultimately, the postal service could not find the package, so Sarah refunded my money at once. It's a sad outcome but I got to meet a wonderful lady. Thanks, Sarah. Love it, got it, broke it, got it again
Absolutely love these. I actually received one in my FFF box originally. It fit perfectly in the side pocket of my diaper bag (one side for little's sippy, other for mommy's). Sadly I dropped it JUST right and the bottom broke. The koozie it came in actually held all of the glass together so no shards escaped. I get it, glass breaks, the bottle was so awesome, even though i am a walking accident, i bought them again due to the koozie keeping my accident prone self from an even worse disaster. I recommend these to everyone in close to.

Worked everywhere in Europe
Without this, our electronics wouldn't have been compatible throughout our trip to Europe. This basically standardized all of our electronic fittings into one.
