Beating down the jprice of tires.
After getting quotes from several local tire shops I discovered these. I paid $10 each for mounting and spin balance and saved $100 in the process. The car handles just fine.

I guess they're selling rejects.
I bought three of these. Not one had continuity. I was able to repair two of them but when I buy something new I expect it to work.
