My only issue was that none of the predrilled holes aligned with a board in my wall and the anchors supplied have so much resistance on the supplied bolts that they spun and went inside the wall and couldn't be recovered. I had to get another style anchor at a hardware store.

New Sony 3D DVD player
I bought this adapter after buying a Sony DVD player with coaxial output only. I had to play with the DVD player software to make it work. This unit does what it is supposed to do.
