Great little camera for the keen amateur
Bought to replace an old Nikon Coolpix P150 that has been well used, this newer version is just as good, We use it a lot for macro close-up pictures of flowers and it performs well. The better auto focus on the B500 make this easier to select where to focus the image, which is a great help. The quality of images produced is also very good, as was the original camera. Using standard batteries also makes it far more user-friendly when out and about for a long time. Excellent value for money for the keen amateur who wants good pictures in either automatic or more manual modes.
