A little knowledge goes a long way
I was hoping for a good price on a “fixer upper” tender for a fair price and I got just that. Will continue to repair these older toys and enjoy them.

Get the good stuff.
All train will run better on this track as compared to the original tubular track. The included roadbed make it good for temporary setup on carpet (such as under a tree?). It offers numerous options in Radius sections, crossings and switching. It may be expensive, but it is worth it.

Fun and functional rolling stock
The Fire Car is a great addition to my limited collection of rolling stock. I didn’t even know that I wanted one.
