Inexpensive and utilitarian

Uncertain if product is helping me
I'm using the product the best way I know how as this is Loosely packed and not encapsulated form. I'm using this product for the first time as recommended to me by a a nature path for increased energy and weight loss. I am drinking it in liquid fruit-flavored medium because of the flavor of the natural saffron is not very pleasant. Hopefully I will get better results with continued use. As of now I am withholding judgment before giving a complete review.
