I haven’t used this product for long but so far seems to work. It also curbs appetite. It is quite hot on the tongue so I’ve only been using about half a spray. It definitely wouldn’t be fun for someone looking to use it as a form of nicotine use, as I’ve seen in some reviews. I also did FDA research on the symptoms which states that the symptoms aren’t serious. Time will tell if I can continue to handle the hot mint sensation, but the product does work. Use as directed!
