Well worth the purchase.
Most people are deficient in iodine. Iodoral carries both parts iodine and iodide. I buy the 50 mg and break in half although you can build up to take the full amount.
The product is more expensive than I like anywhere you buy it but this price was the best I found.

Don't feel shaky and no crash
This is one of my favorite products for workout energy without feeling shaky and no crash. It also has a great taste. I typically add it to my smoothies.
