  There were some issues with the shipping, but the seller had good intentions and communication. The actual vest had been modified by someone sewing pleats in the back of it, that was in the pictures and I did not recognize it when I purchased it. The pleats were uneven by a lot, and left holes in the fabric when removed. So to me the statement "No other issues with this vest!!" was not very accurate. The seller may not have recognized the pleats either, but they were non the less there.

  Priced right, great seller. Got it in the mail quickly so five stars for that too. USPS on the other hand managed to keep a 1st class package stationary in Memphis for over a week so no stars for you.

  Waited 2 weeks, never sent item. Tried to reach out and gave plenty of time before asking for refund, seller completely ignored me. Got the refund from eBay, seems like a recent trend from this seller based on last few reviews. Hate to be that guy, but I would avoid the headache. Could have all been avoided with a simple response back.
