Good radio for the price however, can't find a replacement battery anywhere.
The radio performs fine with no problems. I was going to purchase several more however, I looked for replacement batteries and extended batteries and I could not find any on the internet for this radio. The manual listed one battery number and when I looked at various pictures, it was not the battery used in this radio. The battery to radio contacts were completely different and the contacts to the charger were completely different. They were also in the wrong position. The number on the battery for this radio is BL-F3. I can not find this battery anywhere on the internet. I e-mailed the U.S. Corp. office for Baofeng and received no answer. I will not be purchasing any more of BF-230 Pro models until I can purchase a replacement battery. I would rate this much higher except for not finding a replacement battery.

It is not the item I ordered
I receive a cheap cordless drill when I ordered a corded drill that uses a key on the chuck. The cordless uses ni-cad batteries and not lithium. I looked for replacement batteries and could find none. I actually wanted a keyed chuck corded drill.

Excellent fit and would reccomenmd it to anyone.
It was bought for a Honda Shadow 750. Excellent fit . The acid came with the battery and some batteries do not include the acid. They made it very simple and safe to load the battery acid in the battery with no guessing.
