Poorly formed

The quality is terrible. It looks like several manufacturing operations were setup carelessly. The tool is not stamped with any brand mark; it only has "13mm" size stamped into the handle. The handle is neither straight nor flat; it has both a visible bow (about 1/8" over the length of the handle) and a visible twist (about 1/4" from the handle at the ring center). These defects make it difficult to use the wrench instinctively in places where the ring is not visible.
