Nice lighter
Nice lighter; not the best in a wind, but nice.

Great coffee maker; the best
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich I've used the older model Moccamaster for several years now. It's expensive, but of all the coffee makers out there, this one is the best. It's easy to use, brews a pot quickly, and makes the best coffee of any I've tried; and I've tried the cold brew systems, the Melitta type coffee makers, the Keurig and all their k-cups, percolators, etc. This one makes the best coffee, consistently. Cooks Illustrated rates this the best coffee maker out there too. For those of you who may want something similar to the Moccamaster for less money, the Bonavita 8-Cup Coffee Maker was rated a best buy by Cook's Illustrated; almost as good, but not quite as good.

Disappointing from an author who is clearly full of knowledge.
I've listened to Stephen Quayle talk. He's a smart guy, full of knowledge. But if this book is a product of his writing skills, I won't buy another by him. The book has many grammatical and layout errors. It's filled with interesting facts, but there are far too many 'leaps' by the author. And the leaps are then followed up with discussions accepting the leaps as truth. It reminded me of the Holy Grail book where the authors made leap after leap and then proceeded as though the leaps were fact. It's not unlike ... dare I say it ... Al Gore and his climate warming video comparing facts about automobiles and then comparing them to climate graphs ... and then concluding with no scientific evidence to support the claims. If you want a book that includes a lot of interesting facts, this one is ok. If you want a book laid out in a logical manner to support the book's title, I'd skip this one.
