My review.
It's a great documentary I ran into at the Seattle Public Libary. I now have a copy of my own and a couple for christmas/ birthday gifts. I appreciate the breadth and scope. Whi h includes the histories of many genres and then the cultural, historical and political histories of some of the folk music of marginalized ethnic communities and their partial citizenship after the broke up of the ottoman empire in ww2 and the disenfranchisement of the minority religious ethnic groups that in many ways mirrors that of America's genocidal policies against the native nations here.
