OK for the price
It's actually not that bad sounding, however the first 1/3 of pedal travel has little effect, all the effect is in a small range. Also it must be switched on/off by hand which defeats the object of putting the switch underneath the foot pedal, might as well have a rocker switch on the side. There is a moulding in the plastic to accommodate a switching mechanism so I may modify it to do so, but in it's current form you couldn't gig with it, although a gigging musician would, and probably should, look higher up the quality range anyway. Changing the battery requires dismantling the pedal with a screwdriver, there is no battery compartment, although I use a 9v lead off my pedal board so no odds to me but some might find it a bit of a bind. It is cheap and it works so for a bit of fun at home just practicing it's ok.
