I am new at Yoga and this dvd was very difficult for me. I am almost 70 years old and Yoga was suggested to me for my joint strengthening.
Yoga was suggested to me by a Doctor in order to help with my joint strengthening. I could not get past 15 minutes. This was very disappointing for me. I will not be able to use this video.

Great ingredients with little results so far.
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich As a person who has hypothyroidism I have tried so many different products that are on the market that are affordable for me. This was something I had hope would really work because of all the natural ingredients. I am a little disappointed in the results but I am going to keep using the product til it is finished to see if it may need a little more time for me to see some real results.

Jane Fonda am/pm yoga
I am so glad I was able to purchase this dvd. It was very easy to follow. For a beginner this is an excellent start to learning about the correct posture and and breathing techniques involved in getting the positive results you will get from yoga.
