Poor quality of device and programming. No review on tuning quality yet.

Item is not nearly as well constructed or durable as has been lead to believe. The cable doesn't lock into the device so minor movements will cause the device to power down and go into a recovery mode. This adds significant time and risk of damaging original programing (which the owner is required to pay to fix) The case is made of very light plastic as well which offers little protection to the internal components.
The programming is glitchy I updated the device prior to starting the process per the user’s manual. During the process the device said my vehicle was not supported and would require an update. So I repeated it. Then after the device had to reboot because the connection cable wouldn't stay in; after it had accepted the vehicle and started the tune; it said again that my vehicle wasn't supported again and required the same update a third time. It also doesn't support tire adjustments very well. I had to reenter my tire size several times for it to register the change and not freeze. If you attempt to adjust certain settings such as the traction control feature it will freeze the unit and you will have to do a hard reset on it with the hopes that it doesn't damage the original programing or that the backup copy it makes doesn't get damaged as well.
Took 2 hrs between the updating, re updating, and re re updating, recovering, and freezing to finally reprogram my vehicle and was able to adjust my tire size (speedometer not yet verified for size adjustment).

Follow ups-
No significant gain in power from how it feels or MPG gain from how the gauge reads. Will have to do more tests to verify these pros.
