Short use expectancy.
Would have been great if the feed wheels were round instead of shaped like eggs. This caused it not to shuffle as well as it could. In fact, it could not grasp the cards to shove them into the shuffling box when they stopped with the low side up. Otherwise, in the few times it worked it worked well. Too bad poor quality control kills it.
