probably worth what I payed for it

I checked yes above because there is no specific reason not to. I would not necessarily recommend it. I suppose it would be fine for very small bodies of water and small kids but hardly what I was looking for. That said, I suppose you get what you pay for. I bought it for a 12 year old boy and it is almost too childish for him.
