  The hat that was offered, a Stetson Temple, was not in the hat box I received. A Stetson Sovereign model was in the box. I contacted the seller and discussed, by messages, told the seller that I would keep the hat I received. I asked if he’d consider (ponder) a partial refund. He replied that the partial refund would have to be pondered. I know mistakes are made. The seller said he wasn’t a hat guy, and the wrong hat may have been in the box when he got the hat. I’ve not heard from the seller.
