Analog Gardena timers are built GREAT!
I had a Gardena timer before--two in fact. They lasted YEARS. And these in particular (I'll call "analog" timers) do not have the problems you get with LCD panels. You can see what duration you select and the plastic screen doesn't fade or craze over the years. And after you reset the timer, the valve is actuated--not the following day like some other manufacturer's less-expensive products. That way you know if the battery is not depleted--it is strong enough to make dang thing work.
Upshot is--I highly recommend these for use in you garden.

A necessary buy. If the phone outlasts the existence of the network, you might get a new phone for free.
Arrived on time and well-packaged. I got a new Samsung phone and the last Pelican protector served the old one well...but then I never did drop it in the five years I had it. The new protector is different. The old one protected on _both_ front, back and sides of the phone. The new one just the back and sides, so it was a surprise. So we'll see if the changed by Pelican was a wise one. The new one is nonetheless necessary--watching my wife and son ruin phones by dropping them, then continue dropping the phones but not damaging them with the Pelican protector.

Season Three is well worth the buy--this compliments seasons one and two we already owned.
The product arrived well-packaged and on time. The DVD's are great--no problems reading them, or damage in any way. And of course, Season Three of Kung Fu is as entertaining as seasons one and two--in fact, in season three there are more well known actors and the writing about the same.
