  The wheel was shipped very quickly and arrived in good shape. The wheel was true, the rim was fine and hub bearings were smooth. The seller stated that the previous owner had the wheel connected to a Garmin headunit and the wheel did connect to my Garmin but registered only speed, no power or cadence. It's possible that the magnet on the torque tube is loose or out of alignment. I figured that for the price there was at best a 50/50 chance that it'd work on first try. Overall, it's fine.
