Poor packaging
Package received badly damaged appears to have been dropped. Was poorly packaged in 1/8 inch cardboard box and material was used plastic mailing envelopes that provided no cushioning protection. Should have used foam blocks around item for cushioning. Item is of heavy metal and is bent across heavy end where main coil is located. It weighs approximately 30 lbs.

weak motor.
This motor as advertised is an inductive motor and will not support many power applications. Start capacitance works fine but Run capacitance is week and will not lock in under light load.

Wonderful film by Daves.
Received the DVD in good order and well packaged. The vis
ual effects of the film are outstanding.
The recorded sound is barely adequate. The sound on the recording was set too low and viewer must be within 8 feet of speakers to hear it.
