THIS IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT!
0 von 1 finden das hilfreich Installed on Jun 5, and failed on July 17, 2017, with approximately 10 hours of service and 6 thermal cycles. The first two muffler on this Snapper, with a 12.5 hp Briggs & Stratton engine, lasted about 8 years, or approximately 400 hours. The weld failure at the exhaust pipe to muffler is possibly from the wrong weld rod, but more likely from extremely high weld heat. The weld process takes time and the higher the heat the shorter the weld time, and a higher production rate of mufflers. This weld failure is a manufacturing defect and is likely many of the Stens #105-304 and similar welds made by this fabricator.

As advertised or better.
This is my second one with the first being over five years old. The first still works just fine. The new one is a supplement humidifier and both are used to replace a big console model. Use water from the hot vale to extend the use cycle between cleanings, or use distilled water.
