Shimano SM-RT64 Deore Centre-Lock disc rotor 160 mm

New for Old Rotor

Replaced an older RT62 rotor with this one. Centre lock type is quick and easy to replace although I did need to buy the right tool to do it. Swapped them over in a few minutes without issue. The pack did include a new lock ring but it was of a different type to the original so I didn't use it as it required a different tool to fit. I'm only a casual cyclist so it will never really get worked hard, but fitted with new semi metallic pads its performing very well.

Form over function

I bought this to use with a PC and a phone. Setting up the initial connection was straight forward. The problem I have is the phone will not automatically reconnect when I try to switch to it. The keyboard times out before connection is made. The only way I can get it to work is to make the connection from the phone. Not so seamless switching. Secondly the keyboard has a really good feel but is very flat. I find that I constantly miss type because of poor keyboard position. In summary a nice keyboard but not all its supposed to be
