Richly Illustrated Maps
The construction of the islands in the South Chin Sea is in the news, and this tome is a complete briefing on that political situation. Partly travel log with rich descriptions, the maps caught my attention. Asia's Cauldron is a great way to strengthen ones understanding of the geography as well as the politics of the South China Sea.

AC plug end of adapter cord did not work
The prongs on the AC end of the adapter cord were designed to pop out of the housing. The prongs were stuck inside the housing, and would not pop out. Even after working on this AC plug side with needle-nosed pliers, the prongs were fused inside the housing.
