not as strong as you would believe.
The price was right for this item. But it is not as strong as you would think. The deck doesnt appear strong enough to use a real winch with. Also it did not line up with my frame holes. Only two bolts on each side would line up. Also not enough to comfortably expect to handle a winch load if really stuck. So if you were looking for a real winch bumper this is not it. But otherwise it does look good and has a decent finish to make your street jeep look nice.

Mini mill vice used on mini lathe as milling tool.
This vice works great for me. I mounted to to 1/2in square stock and then inserted in in my QCTP just like a tool bit. I use the vice to hold small work and with a small end (3/16 in) mill in my lathe I cut groves for a spanner wrench into a lathe spider I made (1.6 in OD). Worked great. The jaws are removable. So in my case I needed an extra 1/4 inch so I removed the jaws, did my work and then reinstalled the jaw plates. Worked just fine.
