  Seller never shipped item. They promised two different times that it would be sent out and failed to do so both times. Seller never responded after second "guarantee" of shipment when I asked if they sent it out. Then they provided a dead tracking number that was in "pre-shipment" for 5 days. Waited over three weeks before eBay stepped in and refunded me. Auction closed July 26. Refund issued August 13.
