worth a look
It's a good book w/ some provocative ideas: two prblms w/ it, Americans won't spend the $$ required to have really good roads (even tho it would pay off in better fuel economy and longer car life!) and because of çonditioning by the ins/safety lobby, etc they are 'speed averse'. The electric car and the driverless car might change that, down the road (pun intended!) but not for yrs.
