The item arrived damaged because the packaging was totally inadequate – just brown paper – which offered absolutely no protection in transit. I asked to return the item but the seller didn't want to know. They tried claiming it wasn't their fault when clearly the damage was a direct result of their woeful packaging. Outrageously, they even suggested that it might have been damaged by someone in my household. Charming!

warm as toast
Definately warm and comfortable. if you are thinking of getting a mattress topper and this, then dont bother with the mattress topper - its thick enough..
it might be too warm in the summer

very difficult to fit. the clamps are next to useless, had to put rings on them .. the shells do not click fit and are difficult to line up..
