Not a stencil
A stencil.is a cut out!!!
This is a stupid cat that you are supposed to figure out angles that work in different ways for different things..
YOU DID NOT STATE THIS WHEN I BOUGHT IT!!!
I AM LEGALLY BLIND AND THERE IS NO WAY IT IS OF ANY HELP TO ME AT ALL!!!

No shimmer and dries right to your lips.
I have other colors of the milani hypnotic lights lip gloss this dries right to your lips has no pretty shone or sparkle I'm thinking it's a bad batch or old...Never have I had any that has done this before..
