A must read for everyone.
If anyone wants to know the secret to good health or how to raise healthy kids then this is a must read. Full of information on how we can get healthy and stay healthy. This is new information and not what you would expect to read. I have already recommended this books to others. It makes great sense especially in the light of so many doctors who claim our troubles or illness is in our heads or due to stress. Based on scientific evidence as well as the author's own experience it is a breath of fresh air to hear an AMA doctor say that it is not in fact in our heads. Thanks to Dr. Chutkan.
