Seller sent me a fake Pandora Essence “Patience” charm. It was too large, didn’t have the silicone on the inside like the other Essence charms, and didn’t have “Patience” on the side. Luckily, they agreed to refund me. Unfortunately I had to return the fake charm, which is now up for sale under a different listing. The seller didn’t learn their lesson, and is still falsely advertising the charm.

Follow up: Upon checking the seller’s new listing, the charm is now advertised as a different charm (not Pandora Essence Patience). I am unsure if it false advertisement, as I cannot speak to its authenticity under the possible new charm identification.

The item is authentic and was accidentally marked as a smaller bead for a smaller bracelet. None the less a refund was requested and you were given a refund no questions asked. Then you have the audacity to want to keep the authentic charm for free but kept the free gift. Seriously you are the worse! SELLERS BEWARE!! THIS PERSON IS ENTITLED!! I was nice and said nothing and even gave an apology and you kept the free gift. You have so much hate in you to give a nasty and inaccurate feedback.

Apple iPod Photo (40GB) MP3 Player

It was advertised as being a photo mp3 player, which it does not have that capability. It is not colored It is just a regular 4th gen 40GB ipod. It does not hold many songs at any given time. I uploaded 760 songs and it will not play them only portions of them if not skip most of them. It was not functioning correct when I got it. I Hated this product and now I can't do anything about it. The ipod gave my computer a virus.I am out $78 dollars in the ipod and had to pay to clear up my computer. All i can do is throw it away to prevent anyone from going through what i did. Thanks for the piece of crap I was sent.
