When I opened the package, a screw fell out of the packaging and 4 others were loose in the package. Several small pieces of plastic have fallen out of the radio and I think it may have been opened enroute by someone. That being said, the radio functions as designed and the only problem is that it looks like it has been battered around. I'm sure it wasn't sent like that by the seller. Unfortunately, USPS could care less about what shape items arrive in.

Thumbs up. Well packaged and worked first time I tried it.
Worked right out of the box. Not 5 star because there are some quality issues. One being the outlets in the back for auxiliary peripherals are useless and do not hold the plugged in cords securely. This was a known issue that I was aware of before purchasing. Overall though, very pleased.

Great tool!
A++ Started using it immediately and have used it nearly everyday. Very easy to use and troubleshoot those capacitors in circuit in many cases. Feels like quality in the hand. I tested it against several other instruments and it caught bad capacitors where the others did not. Great tool for our shop.
