Stronglight A9 headset for 1" threaded forks. Hints and tips.
Having searched for a headset of the correct size for a long time I finally decided on the Strongly A9. There are some tricks you can use to make fitting easier. Gently warm the crownrace and it will fit onto the fork crown much easier. If you freeze the cups and headset press before fitting again they will go in to your frame easier..
Once fitted and correctly adjusted the headset is silly smooth. Don't forget to check for play once everything has settled, unless you pressed everything together perfectly you will need to tighten the headset after a few rides until it is all settled in. You may need to reuse the tabbed washer from your old headset as this headset despite having British threads is supplied with a French style flat sided washer...

Fuji FinePix Z1
I got my Z1 as a faulty item, primarily for the memory card. However it was a very easy fix and I now have a bargain working camera so here is a review.
the Z1 is well built Heavier than you would expect for such a slim camera.
The optical Zoom (3x) roughly equal to 35 to 110mm in 35mm terms. The digital zoom is probably best left unused. The LCD takes up 2/3 of the back of the camera and is very clear. However this means ther is no room for a traditional viewfinder and in low light you will struggle to hold the camera steady at a typical viewing distance.
All in all a smart stylish camera that in the right situation can produce cracking images.
